Little Branch Bistro was opened in October 2011 at Quayside in Sligo as one of the premier eating spots in the area. We are located in one of the busiest spots in the centre of the town and already have a great reputation.
Owners Chef Wayne Metcalf and Semone O’Connor are experienced in full a la Carte and fine dining, and have been working in the trade for a very long time. Quality and simplicity is the key.
Our staff also have a wealth of experience and all come from fine dining and hotel backgrounds to deliver a passion for the food we serve and the service we offer.
Little Branch Bistro offers exceptional food at a reasonable price – famed for our Carvery and ever-changing menu, we deliver some of the best food around, from homemade pasta ravioli to roast Rib-eye of beef with HOME MADE! Yorkshire puddings. We also have an extensive cook-to-order menu.
